Beds were comterable but service was lacking was offered free ice but no one was around to get it when we needed it. This was my fourth day at the resort, accommodations were excellent but went to the restaurant and I don't know what's happened but the food wasn't good I got the sliders and it was like a Frozen patty that tasted like an old steer. The last time i ate was excellent.. definitely will be back for the accommodations I think I'll hold off on the restaurant though

Great Family run Lake resort . Going through some growing pains since owners have been there only a year and had some surprises. Staff in restaurant are not seasoned due to age and experience. located in very rural area so the pool to hire staff is limited for hospitality industry. All the staff was very friendly and courteous. Food was good and priced well. I will go back when in the area again.

Our stay was great. The place is relatively poorly run. Check in is akward because you basically have to walk into the restaurant and ask for someone and about half the tine no one os there. The deck area between the lodge and the lake was peaceful, but there were a ton of cigarette butts on the ground.

Loved the keyless door lock. They were great for checking me in over the phone when I had vehicle trouble and wouldn't make it in time for check in. Room was clean and they had the most comfortable beds I'm slept on in a hotel I never received clean towels or washcloths. I guess they won't put them in the room when your gone. Also would have liked a curtain over the window for more privacy and not just blinds.
