Room was fine, newer furniture and fixtures, comfortable beds. A few light stains on sheets, nothing to worry about. A few of our towels had stains on them, and I went to ask the desk for another set and they said they didn’t have any available. Apparently quite a few people were asking for more towels and the hotel didn’t have any extras. They had to take the old ones and wash them. Took a day and a half to get a fresh set. I get it was a busy weekend (LS Fest) but the hotel is too cheap to have spare sets of towels available. Same with toilet paper, we had a half roll when we arrived, but there was no extra in the room when it ran out, so had to go down to ask for more. Breakfast options were minimal. No ice machine for guests, you have to use the ice bin in the “kitchen” which wasn’t always full. They were definitely getting by the cheapest they could, which was obvious.

Not very well kept up!

Non smoking room smelled of stale smoke and reported to front desk. Lots of wear and tear on on some of the furniture.

I had to stay here last minute when my other hotel fell through from an error with trivago . I looked at a few reviews when I made the decision to stay here. . I’m not sure where these excellent reviews came from but it had to be from a different place. They put me in end unit. Which is right next to a busy highway and a gas station. It’s just like both of them is running through your room. Right in front of the door was a big sticky mess where someone had spilled something and no one had cleaned it up. The room is big, but it’s outdated when I went to get in bed and pulled the covers back. There was blood on the sheets. So either the sheets weren’t changed or the maid didn’t care that they still have blood on him. There’s no excuse for that. I called the front desk. Of course they put me in another room. The new room smelled like urine to me. If I hadn’t lived three hours away, I would’ve drove home. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I didn’t even bother going to breakfast because I just didn’t imagine it being any better than anything else avoid this place.

Everything was fine until I entered the bathroom. It smelled and I discovered it was from urine around the toilet. The floor boards around the toilet were warped (assumed from moisture ((urine)). The hinges around the seat/lid and base of the toilet had thick dark yellow crud and there was pubic hair on the base of the toilet. It had obviously not been cleaned in quite a while for that kind of build up. The smell permeated into the room. We had to keep the door shut. Everything else appeared clean and the beds were comfortable but the bathroom was gross. I texted the front desk and told them about the condition of the bathroom and sent photos but received no reply. I had texted previously with a breakfast question and received a response right away. The text informing them of the dirty bathroom however, was ignored. I was polite and just informed them of the issue. Had we not already changed for bed, I would have asked for another room or that the bathroom be cleaned. It was late and we dealt with it but not receiving any kind of reply is just bad business. I would not recommend this hotel.
