Not worth the money, the hotel was “tired”.The decor was old ,in need of renovation.The bed was soft,pillows soft,the bathroom sink was slow to empty.i stayed two days,had the sign on the door for the room to be remade and housekeeping showed up at 4:30 p.m. to clean the room.This hotel has lost my business.

Definitely a step up from the Coast hotel in Lethbridge. I love the atrium area and pool. The hot tub is in desperate need of a renovation. The jets barely work and the tile is falling off everywhere. The room overall was very nice, but the sheers on the window have stains and there was toothpaste splattered in the bathroom. The bed was OK, but I wouldn't want to sleep on it for multiple nights. It felt like a cheap mattress. Overall, great service and I was fortunate to have a room overlooking the beautiful pool area. Listening to the water feature while I worked in my room was wonderful. I would return for a single night stay. The restaurant was also excellent.

Clean, quiete, spacious, fun jungle themed pool, adjacent to the Coulee, right in historic DownTown city centre, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and memorable scenery. It’s no surprise it’s become my preferred spot for a quick getaway.

Two of three nights we had issues with kids in hall and screaming and slamming doors. We callex to office twixe it never ended until 1130 pm i was attending a viewing of my childrens father the next day and was exhausted and then the night after same issue and up until midnight and had funeral the following morning. Again no rest or sleep. Horrible.

Great service. Nice room. The pool was clean and cold and the hot tub is open late. If you’re in Lethbridge, the location is great. Near the museum and the downtown core. A couple of very nice restaurants nearby.

Love the pool area environment. Check in was fast. One of the best hot tubs in a hotel you can soak in. Only complaint was a hockey team in the halls at 11:45 being loud and front desk seemed indifferent to my complaint about the noise.
