Everything was great, other than all of the apples at breakfast were bruised and the bananas were green. There was also dried food on the walls in the breakfast area. Room was clean, bed was super comfy, water pressure was awesome, staff were pleasant and helpful and it was nice and quiet throughout the night.

This was by far a better hotel than the Hampton in Regina. The staff were very good. The hot water was hot for tea and everything was clean the female person whose name I don’t know was so very nice when we came to check in. Definitely would stay at the Hampton Inn in Lethbridge again.

The room, although “clean” it smelt like old mothballs and since you can’t open the window, it smelt throughout our trip. The linens smelt old and not fresh. They gave us two body towels, one hand towel and one towel for the shower and nothing more. We asked for more face towels (as they only gave 1) and they gave us hand towels and only two. It’s as if they only give the amount of towels per guests and nothing more. The only part of this hotel that was worth being excited about was the breakfast…I have zero plans to come back to this hotel

The room was clean and the staff were very welcoming. I arrived early and they allowed me to check-in right away. The pool area was clean and well maintained. As you walked the hallway, the staff all greeted you with a smile on their face. A very pleasant experience and will definitely be back!
