Overall not a good time

Service was not good. They were very pushy and demanding. The room was decent. The eggs, and sausage was horrible. Tried the hot tub and after putting on the timer for the jets, it was still water. Nothing worked. The floor all around pool area was disgusting. Didnt stay anymore. Packed up, checked out and left. The checkin and checkout times were different from the hotels.com app. Not happy at all.

The room smelt like an old gym on a hot day - literally like sweat. Made the stay very unpleasant.

Breakfast area occupied by people in prime seating spots NOT eating. One man was playing with his computer in one of 2 booths before we arrived for breakfast. He was still there when we checked out an hour later. Perhaps some signage to remind people this is not a lounge area? Even better: staff tell these people to move along.
