I like budget motels. I will stay in my van before I'll pay $150 or more to sleep. This was a perfectly fine budget motel.

Jovany was most accomodating: whether for a freshly brewed cup of coffee each morning or help with directions. She was very pleasant. The room was clean and well described in the ad. AC always was working.

The bedside light was broken. There was no soap on the bathroom. The shower curtain was covered in the pink bacteria scum. I found multiple earwigs in the bathroom. The AC unit did work but it was incredibly loud.

Our room was clean and staff at the front desk was as helpful as she could and friendly. However the room’s wifi never worked even after rebooting and thus the tv in the room never worked either. The router box was hanging off its post, there was no carafe nor coffee for the coffee maker. The hot water handle had fallen apart before we got there so we couldn’t use the shower. The light in the main continued to flicker even when off . The room really could do with a paint refresh. Every time someone slammed the door from the next unit , the bed in our unit in the bedroom shook. We would not recommend staying here at all. Better hotels in Pincher , down the road from Fort Macleod.
