Our room was clean and staff at the front desk was as helpful as she could and friendly. However the room’s wifi never worked even after rebooting and thus the tv in the room never worked either. The router box was hanging off its post, there was no carafe nor coffee for the coffee maker. The hot water handle had fallen apart before we got there so we couldn’t use the shower. The light in the main continued to flicker even when off . The room really could do with a paint refresh. Every time someone slammed the door from the next unit , the bed in our unit in the bedroom shook. We would not recommend staying here at all. Better hotels in Pincher , down the road from Fort Macleod.

Looks like the hotel is in transition. Needs quite a bit of tlc. Room was clean but very broken down and in bad condition. Bed was clean and comfortable. Coffee in room advertised but there wasn't any. Just one glass, one mug, one plate, no cutlery, no coffee, some sugar packets and a drip coffee maker. The whole place looks neglected
