The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The wifi signal was very bad. We could not operate our devices. At night there was no hot water for the shower.

En el primer dia que llegue, me entragaron el cuarto sucio y bano muy sucio. Me quedue 3 semanas y en la segunda semana, Por una semana nunca me cambiaron las sabanas. A pesar wye me qyeje en la recepcion y el bano muy puerco. Nunca lo limpiaban. Igual.de puerco desde qye llegue. Unos 5 dias no toallas y los telefonos no sirven. Tienes que bajarr a decir a la recepcion. La cama muy dura y vieha. Tengo mucho tiempo hospedandome en Este hotel. El servicio a los huspedes es pesimo. Nunca hacen nada para mejor. Tratan muy Mal a los huspedes. Las mujeres de limpieza no limpian bien y a pesar que Les daba propina. Son pesimas!!! Al.igual que la Gente de recepcion muy mal servicio!!!

Positive: Convenient location for things I needed to do near the stadium. Maid kept my room clean and well attended. Restaurant food/buffet was ok; service good; I ate there twice. Wifi was consistent. Had hot water for shower. Negative: Toilet tank did not want to refill. Some parts were replaced but still toilet did not refill consistently. Even with my manually filling the tank the toilet would not always fully flush. I used the lobby bathroom but found no toilet paper available one occasion. I did ask for a room assignment but was refused. Told the toilet would be fixed. Elevator…the only one adjacent to the lobby and rooms that I could see…wasn’t working for two days. Had to use the stairs…four flights. Stairs have some missing and loose tiles; trip hazards. Carpet is well worn in hallways with some holes. After three nights, I departed early to stay in another area hotel. Was potentially planning to extend…but certainly not given my experience!
Plumber at work…unfortunately toilet not fixed to function properly.

Tienes acceso a transporte público a unos pocos metros. La cama y almohadas están muy cómodas, hay tina de baño, tienen aire acondicionado, en general, la habitación muy cómoda. Lo único malo es que me tocó alguna convención de jóvenes y hacían mucho ruido, corrían, gritaban y jugaban en los pasillos.

The worst experience ever. This place was nasty, as soon as you come into the rooms it smells like mold. I rented two rooms and both of them were dirty. The tv was not working and every time I would ask the girl she would tell me oh of course it’s working. Front desk had the worst attitude. The only nice, polite and helpful person here was the security guard. I would never stay here again. I recommend to not stay here.

Was not happy with the hotel at all , Had to take cold shower water took approximately 15-20 to turn to hot.Pool area was completely dead not maintain at all , water was dirty and insect inside the pool and it look deteriorated inside. Hotel staff was not friendly at all specially when i have arrived , breakfast is not included. The bedroom blinds were all falling apart , only good thing their was a/c works great.
