Muy amables, la atención fue buena. Las instalaciones estaban en buen estado, el cuarto era ameno. Dos únicos detalles, y pudo ser error mío por no volver al lobby a consultar: no me dieron el control del A/C y el agua no estaba caliente en la ducha. Probablemente si bajaba a preguntar me hubieran ayudado, pero es un detalle leve.

Muy buena ubicación y muy amable la chica que nos recibió. Algo de ruido x la mañana y ojalá pronto instalen una Alexa para poder escuchar música. El agua es tibia, no caliente.

Bueno me gustó porque la primera persona que nos falta fue muy amable y muy tranquila que no me gustó Es que la recepcionista de la noche es muy prepotente literalmente casi me grita y te extraña mi hijo nada le parece todo le molesta si llegamos tarde tocamos el timbre se despierta y está molesta estuvimos varios días ahí extendiendo todos los días todos los días el día que nos retiramos lavamos los de la cocina vasos y todo porque nos dijeron que solo teníamos que lavar nosotros Okay los lavamos volvemos a regresar como a los 15 días 20 y su reclamación de la recepcionista de noche fue señor le encargo porque me dejaron muy a la habitación mucha basura no sé qué cuál fue nuestra respuesta Disculpa En ningún momento nos quisieron pasar a hacer la limpieza durante cinco o seis días que estuvimos nunca pasó nunca más también y como para que ella nos reclame literalmente porque dejamos sucio no está bien y la última vez que fuimos llegamos directamente a la habitación y nos las cobraron en 800 750 creo cuando otros días no nos han cobrado entre 50 reservamos para el día siguiente desde la aplicación y nos dijo que nos iba a cambiar porque él dice que nos había dado no servía el aire y al día siguiente cuando le comentamos que nos iba a cambiar nos dice que no porque no tiene habitaciones disponibles y que tenemos que pagar aparte los dos niños que traíamos uno de ocho y uno de 9 $100 por niño aparte aunque ya hubiéramos reservado y el estacionamiento batallamos por la resepsion

El personal de limpieza es muy ruidoso, desde muy temprano,encontramos basura dentro de un cajón lo que nos dió mala impresión...hay muchos reglas para los huéspedes, pero creo que faltan algunas para su personal ...Lo bueno cama comoda y toallas de buena calidad .
