Affordable hotel within 5-15min walking distance of everything: museum, stadium/event venues, market, restaurant and street food vendors, etc. And within a short walking distance od the historic part of town. Staff is friendly and helpful, although not all bilingual. Rooms don't include coffee but breakfast is included.

The lobby staff was very rude; they were annoyed that I already had a reservation and charged more than the Expedia rate.
