Charming little cottage 50 meters from Le Nau Beach

Our charming little cottage with its bow window is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The decor will transport you, and the home’s amenities will make your stay easier during your chosen time.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee in complete peace, with a view of the beautiful town hall building and the sea nearby.
Please note that the first bedroom, which features a loft, is comfortable but not very spacious; additionally, the toilet is located inside the bathroom.
A courtyard allows you to dine outdoors during the summer months.
Just cross the street, walk 50 meters, and you’ll be at Nau du Pouliguen Beach. By following the waterfront and the harbor, you can walk to the town center, where the covered market is located.
Two adult city bikes are available for your use.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La situation est idéale pour aller sur la côte sauvage ou directement sur la plage du Nau. Nous avons apprécié l'ensemble du logement. Mentions spéciales pour le poêle électrique et le tourne disque ! L'ensemble est très bien équipée. Nous avons tout de suite trouvé nos marques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour très agréable chez Manuella et Arnaud dans leur charmante petite maison, très cosy où l'on s'y sent comme chez soi. En novembre, le poêle électrique a été très apprécié.Les chambres sont confortables avec une literie de qualité.Cuisine bien équipée.

Très belle petite maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût ! Très bien situé près de la plage du Nau. Il y’a tout dans la maison , appareil ménager, vaisselle, jeux de société, livres et même un tourne-disque ainsi que de nombreux vinyles. On se sent bien dans cette maison et je la recommande les yeux fermés…

Une pause printanière enchantée

Nous avons bénéficié d'une semaine magnifiquement ensoleillée en ce début de printemps, et notre port d'attache au Pouliguen était agréablement dépaysant, cocooning. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans ce logement, on y fait à manger facilement, ce qui est rare dans une location de vacances où il manque toujours quelque chose d'essentiel. Ici, on se sentais bien après avoir profité de la côte et des communes alentours à vélo. Les deux vélos à disposition sont suffisants pour la promenade, les parcours étant relativement plats, mais c'est vrai qu'ils sont fatigués et qu'on ne peut pas passer les vitesses. En tout cas, nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances, nous reviendrons !

Emplacement de la maison : parfait ! On est a la plage en 2 min a pied. Au centre ville et au parc en 5 minutes. Emplacement ideal donc avec des enfants !Maison decorée avec goût, il y a tous les ustensiles necessaires pour etre comme chez soi! Le : machine à laver. La propriétaire est joignable par téléphone au besoin et a pris soin de prendre de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour, ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande donc vivement ! Le : machine a laver

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour. La maison est idealement située par rapport a la plage et au port. La terrasse est petite mais la piece de vie est spacieuse et confortable.
