They took my money. No services rendered. You'll want to check their check-in window before you buy. Expedia doesn't and they don't either. I was able to book this hotel at 10:12pm which is 12 minutes PAST the check-in window. I figured that it was Vegas and I didn't look at the check-in times. We were staying just to get a couple of hours of sleep on our way to California so no services rendered. Just kept the money. Filed for a refund from Expedia and Thunderbird and NOTHING. Neither would help get any kind of money back.

Jamie was excellent, went above and more to help me check in properly. Vending machines all worked, not bad prices ($1.50 a beverage) DEFINITELY NOT BAD. I was able to lock up moped right outside my room. As a smoker, area was extremely clean and pool was beautiful. SECURITY...WAS AMAZING! I was out a couple of times to smoke, they were very visible. It was quiet and room was very clean, tho outdated, shower was large and clean. TV was a good thing and free channels. Large rooms. Thank you forca great night.

Double billed and they played dumb when I called

I paid for my room at Baymont near Ontario Ca airport and I told the clerk t bought a room on Hotel.com and gave him my drivers license and I gave him my cr card for the 50$ deposit. I get home 2 days later and my online bank statement showed my 111$ hotel.com charge and he charged me 123.93 for the same Baymont room

Motel, not Hotel!

Extremely Disappointing Stay I must clarify that this is not a hotel in the true sense – it’s more accurately a run-down motel that has been given a fresh coat of paint and a flashy website to appear more appealing than it really is. My room was located directly next to an outdoor vending machine. The noise from this machine, combined with virtually no soundproofing in the door or walls, made it impossible to rest. Every time someone inserted coins or used the machine, I was abruptly woken up. The door had absolutely no sound insulation. It felt like I was sleeping outside. Additionally, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable – large, hard, stiff cotton pillows that offered no support or comfort. In the midst of all the noise, this made for a truly miserable night. All in all, this was a very poor experience. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, unless they are prepared for a noisy motel environment that does not deliver what its website promises.
Good luck sleeping in the room without sound insulation around the door… 😬

It’s an ok place for a night when you’re in and out but for long stays I wouldn’t recommend it, a bit noisy because it’s concrete out your room so you can hear the luggage rolling and the sheets stained a bit (could of been cleaner) and the floor was dirty paint drips.

I wouldn't book here again. The area where the hotel is located had strange people walking through there. I wasn't able to get much sleep because I kept getting woken up by the other customers being loud and those carts were way too noisy

I can see how this property is trying to renovate an older motel and make it hip. However, the clientele that we ran into seemed very sketchy. There is no one overnight and they put up a sign telling people if they need help to go to the Super 8 Motel next door. The room was sparse. No mini fridge or microwave. It was clean, though, and the beds were comfy.
