Don't be fooled by the photos and being attached to the Caeser's Forum into thinking this is a good hotel. It is dingy and dangerous with terrible amenities (the pool hours are extremely limited, all the photos of a pretty night view are very misleading since it closes at 6pm... so you can't go out there!). The staff were incredibly rude and inconsiderate of a health emergency that I proactively informed staff of. This happened three times during my stay due to the environmental conditions of this property. Their air filtration system is the absolute worst of any place I went in Las Vegas (Harrah's was awful too, but at least didn't add disgusting and migraine-inducing deodorant on top of unfiltered smoke, I didn't have an issue in ANY other casino and went to several). In the room: There was only a top sheet on top of a duvet cover that had brown stains when I flipped it, so you would be sleeping directly under that gross and probably unwashed duvet interior if you didn't notice no sheet or appropriate duvet cover. They didn't even check to refill my room hand soap when it ran out... so, I had no soap. Ew. If you're a smoker and don't mind it being dark and not very clean / modern or if you don't really care about the pool or any amenities (nice bars inside, good fitness center, etc), and ONLY care about the walkway ease to the conference center, then you'll probably be okay. The rooms are standard 3 star or so hotels.

Hair on the bed sheet and towel. The shower has no water pressure. The bedroom door is hard to shut. With the resort fee is not really worth it. Location of the hotel is ok.

Our stay was for five days, and they never came to clean the room. We went to reception to report it, and they came the day before we left. Very poor service

The property was ok. I would stay there again but the processes at the front desk and housekeeping staff were very rude. The hotel could be 5 star but if their team members are rude or if the processses to check in are skewed, then highly unlikely will return. The resort fee is ridiculous. The cost of goods throughout the hotel is ridiculous. Definitely a different Vegas. Let the Mob go back to running it.
