Poor lighting in the room (#7019) very small window with no light coming into the room at all, not much space for personal things, only one small desk and again no good lighting on the desk to do your make up. Only one entrance/exit from garage parking, always very crowded to go in/out and card keys would not work to go out. Too much time wasted trying to get out of the parking garage. Customer service Staff not helpful when these issues were brought up to their attention. One good thing was the food served at the Linq restaurant.

The room was good. The self check-in & check-out process was very convenient. Parking can get tight & cramped when you come late & the traffic to get out the parking garage during check-out could be better. Got stuck in the garage for about 40min before we were able to get out.

Great location, but make sure you’re dead tired when you want to sleep, Beds were terrible, mattresses are hard, similar to the mats from kindergarten naps. Resort fees were $198 for 3 nights
