My room was terrible. The shower took around 10 minutes to finally warm up. The AC/Heater smelled like sewer when it was on. My room was next to the elevator so it was noisy when you were trying to sleep. I asked for a 12 noon check out. Received a phone call asking why I was still in my room at 11. It seems like every year there’s a problem. I will not be staying at the Linq in the future. I stayed there for the convience and sacrificed quality.

I did not appreciate the fact that when I went to check in at 1:30 PM, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $25 fee because their usual check-in time was 3 PM. I am quite certain that the hotel was not fully booked and that there were ample rooms available, but as usual the Vegas money grab comes before customer satisfaction, and appreciation.

The room was clean and very presentable, however, my one complaint is the shower. The shower head does not seem to be of the standards of a Caesar’s property and the water does not even come close to hot. Front desk staff and bell staff were 10/10. Overall, I would pass on this property if I am coming to Las Vegas because of the lack of entertainment and food choices. In my opinion, there are better options. I would rate this property a 6/10.

Broken elevators. Even when operating not enough for the volume of people. Standing around waiting. Room on the strip side is so loud it’s unbearable (to be fair staff warn you and ask if you want to change)
