First time staying at The LINQ! Upon entry, the ambience, the staff was wonderful. A few steps outside the hotel, you’re embraced with a few shopping stores, restaurants and Ghirardelli. The bed was comfy as well. Smooth check in and exit. Must Visit! Looking forward to my next venture😘

Cleanness needs some work. Also bulbs should be checked that they're all working, one was out. Even with a new bulb the room was veey dark. Our room was pretty small, no fridge, no dresser just 2 small drawers and the shower was one you can see the person in the shower from actual room. I was with my husband so it was fine but suprized.

The hotel was very affordable and centrally located. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was there wasnt a view. I was just looking across to the three insides of a square. I didnt pay for the upgrade so thats what I got. Which was fine. I didnt stay in the room. I would highly recommend this place. If you want a view pay the extra. Everything else was great for the price.

Charged for wifi that was down about 75% of the time. When I brought it up, they suggested it was working fine. It was not. I have a phone full of screen shots showing "no internet connection" when connected to the hotel wifi.
