Our stay was unfortunately not what we expected. Although our room was located on the 36th floor, we could clearly hear outside noise throughout the night, including traffic and emergency vehicles, as well as frequent noise from the hallway. It made it very difficult to rest.
We also discovered the bed sheets were not clean. By the time this was noticed, housekeeping services had already closed, and we were informed replacement linens would come at an additional cost, which was very frustrating and unacceptable.
We specifically chose this hotel because we were traveling with young children and the pool and lazy river were major factors in our decision. Unfortunately, the lazy river was not operating during our stay, and the pool hours were extremely limited, which was a significant disappointment for our kids. The only amenity they were really able to enjoy was the jacuzzi, which they did love, but it did not make up for the rest of the experience.
The only positive aspect was the location. Being close to Topgolf and having convenient transportation options was appreciated, but overall the stay did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or value.
