Lobby hosts were pleasant but hotel is very dated and dirty. Carpets were filthy and stained, tile floors were filthy also. They offer a breakfast/coffee bar that was so limited it was not worth waiting for the desk attendant to run over and help you. Only had soy or coconut milk available. Just sad. Never again.

They didn’t clean my room during my stay (I stayed 3 nights and 4 days). I’m not sure if they don’t do daily cleaning or if it was just an oversight, but there was no sign to request cleaning — only the “Do Not Disturb” one. I asked the housekeeper, Imelda, if she could give me some towels because my room hadn’t been cleaned. She gave me some, but when I asked for another one, she didn’t seem pleased, which was a bit uncomfortable. Also, I wanted to mention that the door on the side that leads to the street doesn’t have a lock, so anyone could come in. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the pool was very clean (we didn’t use it because we were there for a softball tournament). I will definitely stay there again.

It was my first time staying here and I really enjoyed it. The surrounding area is quiet and safe. There is sufficient parking and I love that it’s free! Check in was easy and quick, the girl who helped us was very kind. The rooms were nice, bed is comfortable BUT the carpet/couch were pretty dirty and had stains. Our towels were changed daily which was nice. The cafe on the main floor was closed for the 3 days I was there but they did have self-serve coffee and creamer which I enjoyed. Overall, this is a great hotel for a good price. I would definitely come back!

I can’t believe how dirty the sheets and pillow cases were. Pillow cases were full of hair. We had to ask for new cases in the middle of night to change it. We found an empty beer bottle behind the chair. I have taken pictures of sheets and pillows cases. The tub was stained with dirt and leaky. They gave us another room to use for the night. They said leave your luggage in the original room and use the new room. The next day, before we went out of hotel, the from desk told us was ok to still have our luggage in the original room and use the new room. But when we came back to the hotel we found out our luggage were moved out of original room without our permission. Someone need to look into this hotel.

Honestly unless it’s a last resort like it was for me, don’t stay here. They slap you with a $100 fee that they say is for insurance for the room, but never refund you. The floors were stained and parts were even missing carpet. The toilet barely worked as well as the shower. The whole room had a bad smell as well. I’m grateful for no bugs, but that shouldn’t be the expectation of a hotel, especially not one I paid a decent amount for. Disappointing and expensive for being so far off the strip.

1st night noticed the toilet draining slow. Then got clogged the next morning with just fluids being flushed. Bathrooms have no fan. They offer breakfast at their lobby kitchen from 7 AM to 10 AM but only had two portable coffee pots, which were both empty at 8:30am, and no food was available, not even muffins or croissants or bagels. Very unaccommodating.
