The front desk lady, which I now forgot her name, was super nice. This was on 9/24 around 9pm. She was excellent and so was the rest of the staff, who helped us with getting an extra fan for room since AC wasn’t very cool. The room was cleanish with some ignored things like sides of bathtub and around the kitchen area. The sink was clogged although the water would go down eventually. Beds are never firm enough for our taste, but that’s something that’s across the board. Given up on that ever being comfortable anywhere. Overall, it was ok. We just couldn’t wait to get out of Vegas so it was fine for one night.

nline check-in was quick and convenient, but the room itself was disappointing. It felt dated, with worn furniture and several maintenance issues. The kitchen cabinets and drawers didn’t function properly, and one of the bathroom outlets gave a shock when using hair appliances. The sofa was so worn and sagging that it was uncomfortable to sit on for long. While the hotel clearly needs significant updates, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
