Here’s a clear but still professional response: The food did not meet our expectations, and while the staff was polite, the overall hotel experience was not ideal. There was no reliable Wi-Fi during our stay, and the room and common areas were not as clean as we expected. The property could definitely use improvements to better match the level of comfort and quality we were hoping for.

All room was mouldy toilet did not work well, Guess service staff was not good, I moved from one room to another then encountered the same problem. I went to book restaurant dinners and was told that there were no availability for that day when I booked for the rest of the rest of the week I only got 9pm. When I arrived for my dinners the restaurants all the restaurants were not full they had availability for all the earlier dinners, they were supposed to supply water each day which they never did, Every day I complained and was promised that they will be there with the water, but never showed up I will not recommend booking the Cofresi Palm. I was at this resort many times before but stayed in different areas which was great. First time in this area but just encountered too many problems I as m glad to be out of there .

Amenities and room are great, Luciano Vasquez was awesome and respectful, very pleasant. The background from our room can be loud. Visitors talk loud. At times, no hot water to take a shower. Workers at the restaurants are attentive and always smiling Cleaning people in room unlocked and opened rooms, without waiting to let them in first.

My family and I had 3 rooms 2 of them AC didn’t work call minimum 4 times they send a person at 1 am and the gentleman told us they don’t work I will report it in the morning also we had to take bus to go everywhere in the resort since our side of the resort was under construction
