Need to improve bath towels very used, worn and not soft. This hotel is for tall people, not for the average size. Furnitures are little old and torn. Bed frame corner is hard and we kept bumping to it and head bed scratches with color faded. Over all nice hotel.

I did really like this hotel. The casino was fun and the condition of the hotel was very clean. When I checked in I had previously booked and paid for a king room which was unavailable to me. They gave me a queen room instead I was very disappointed in that and not sure why I was given what I didn't pay for? They did give me a resort credit which was thoughtful. I would stay here again but hope to get the room that I paid for.

Staying here is a delight!

Excellent customer service! Fast, efficient and friendly. Every staff person went over and above, from the bellman Marvin, to the receptionists and even the friendly clerk in the convenience store late one night. The M has outstanding customer service and wonderful amenities.

I enjoyed how welcoming the staff is upon checking in. The room exceeded my expectations and was very luxurious, affordable, comfortable and most importantly very clean! The view of the strip from the room was beautiful at night. My personal favorite was how it wasn’t overpacked like it is most places on the strip. You don’t have to maneuver through a sea of people just to get across the hotel. I honestly do not have any complaints whatsoever. Loved it here and will definitely be staying here next time. 10/10

Requested for early check in and late check out which were both accommodated and very much appreciated. We attended a wedding held at the resort. Room was clean, spacious except there was no coffee maker available in the room. Front desk, concierge, restaurants and gift shop staffs are all friendly and nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Love the Mresort. Away from the craziness of the Las Vegas strip. Rooms are spacious. Bed and bedding were comfy. Bathroom was amazing, large, and nicely appointed. Casino has a lot of gaming options. Would like a couple more dining options, however we enjoyed what was available. Highly recommend the M.
