First room was falling apart. Swcond was mich better. The housekeeping staff and other working there are very friendly and helpful. But they are dealing with a 16 year old facility that is worn and not being reinvested in. Guessing all their money is going into the new tower which will have much smaller rooms but at least be new.

The pool was closed for season. That was not noted that I saw on our reservations, and they still charged the complete resort fee. As Always, we loved the hotel/resort. It is a very clean, comfortable place to stay just disappointed the pool wasn't open.
