Deric was a wonderful host. The building was quiet and the unit has a beautiful view of Lake Las Vegas. The unit was clean and stocked with plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and dishes. The bed and the couch were comfortable. There's plenty of places to walk or ride a bike. This was the perfect place for my husband and I while we were in town visiting family.

This unit is fantastic with amazing lake and mountain views that make sunrises majestic!! The bedding is comfortable and the water can be adjusted to hot for soothing relief after an active day. Unfortunately we did not get to stay in this home. The host refused to adhere with Vrbo rules and ADA regulations and he refused our stay due to having a service dog with us. It was very unfortunate and he was very rude about it. His place looked very nice on the app and we were very excited to stay there. I explained that we take care of everything and I go above and beyond to leave the place clean and dog hair free. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy this place.
