The experience at the hotel was horrible. They didn’t honor the reservation I had made through Expedia, and they told me they were simply full and couldn’t help me. They said they had already informed Expedia that they didn’t have capacity, yet Expedia kept sending reservations. It was very difficult for me to find another available hotel at 11 PM, and the staff was completely unprofessional. They just told me it was Expedia’s problem and turned away.
Of course, I don’t know whose fault it is—Expedia’s or the hotel’s—but this is a very irresponsible way to handle things. It’s definitely frustrating and disappointing, and honestly, I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
