We stayed for 5 days and while the housekeepers changed our towels and emptied the trash they never wiped down the counter where we made coffee nor were the beds ever made. No breakfast was included although it could be purchased. I probably would not stay here again as there are lots of other options near by in the same price range

Bathtub and sink drained very slow from the moment we checked in. Requested them to be serviced 12/26. Tub was repaired, sink was not. This was Christmas weekend we were busy visiting with our family and waited until Tuesday 12/30 to request for maintenance to again come into our room with us not being present. Upon returning to our room our door deadbolt was being used to leave the door ajar. We entered the room to find no workers and our room unsecured. Housekeeping was several doors away, they stated it was the maintenance crew that left our door ajar. I did speak with James the manager at the time. The issue with the drains are not something that traveler should have to deal with upon checking in.
