Stayed 4 days at GVR Nov 2025 to attend a wedding hosted by GVR. Nice and comfortable room in East tower. Sink backed up but staff resolved in about 1.5 hrs after I reported the issue (issue due to clogged shared plumbing with neighboring room). The lighted makeup mirror didn’t work at all and I had no time to call anyone to fix as wedding was in an hour so big disappointment on that. Water for shower took a long time to heat up. Otherwise the staff were friendly, the room very clean, amenities were great (pool open and operating in Nov). The grounds are beautifully maintained, good restaurants / bars to visit, Drop Bar (located in Casino) hosted our late night bar sessions with friends and family (great wait staff there) with a little dancing thanks to a good DJ. Checking in and checking out were super easy and they even gave me early check-in (arrived an hour prior to the 3pm check-in time) without a fee or a frown. Will stay here again if I’m out that way!

The Green Valley Ranch Resort was comfortable and clean. The pool is lovely, though it closes early. It is possible to stay in the resort and avoid the casino. The sushi restaurant is excellent. The spa was wonderful.

Expedia was showing pictures of the remodel rooms instead we were assigned to an old room with leaking faucet and shower. had an issue with the toilet not flushing. very worn out carpet. Not worth the high price.
