Everything was great. People were nice. The pools were pretty. The only complaint is that two giant hotels share one very small gym. It was packed and almost impossible to get a cardio machine a weight machine or any of the equipment.

Great value for convenience and modern hotel

I ve stayed here 3x in past year, i like the location and condition of property. Also not too crowded. It punches above its weight class in terms of value. The day club was surprisingly good. Havent tried the restaurants (look ok) although the other food seems meh (food court looks meh and is a ghost town). Great to have 2 starbucks in here. Also alot of convenience across st (cvs, diner, bagel store, taco-spot etc) and just down street (fashion show mall). Gym is nice too. Suite coffee machine also helps although a regular room is really all you need unless entertaining (forget sleeping on suite couch, it blows). Service pretty good, the front desk People were helpful although seems a little understaffed (like elsewhere check-in seems to take three times longer than a normal hotel, but i also have never seen their line get crazy like i have in southern part of strip). Had a minor billing issue that got resolved quickly once i called (thx Rebecca!) Their casino lacks energy but is never a zoo. Crowd is mixed but Middle bar is pretty decent scene, and dont seem to skimp you on drinks. Make sure you get a room facing south (great view). Bed was great. Shades worked pretty good (i am stickler here), and Bathroom also nice, (to nitpick need to be able to turn that light off under vanity).

I wish we could give this place better stars, but our check in experience and first night was so awful that we will not be staying here again. We booked a king room at the Conrad and when we arrived on Wednesday night (very late due to our flight), we waited over an hour in line to check in. There were 2 people checking in the “priority status” line and only 1 checking in the regular people. After an hour waiting in line, we were finally waited on and then told they didn’t have a king bed anymore. After waiting another 20 minutes with the staff member, we were told we got an “upgraded room” with 2 queen beds at The Hilton. They had oversold the Conrad and did not have a room for us at there - but them overselling the hotel was not disclosed to us. It was a smaller room that smelled of mildew. The next morning, we got into a King bed room at The Conrad. The rest of our stay was fine. The hotel is nice enough but the check in experience, them overselling the hotel, and then the staff trying to tell us we were upgraded and not telling us what happened was unacceptable. Generally speaking, there seems to be a lack of care for the guests staying at the resort from all front desk employees.

Conrad in resorts world is a great place to stay. An all in one hotel and you can literally spend the whole day there without needing to go anywhere else. Top notch bars and amazing restaurants with food court, ample gaming options in the casino and the pools are just amazing to name a few.

We had never stayed at this hotel, but we picked it because their pool options looked awesome from this website and they did not disappoint. Of course, like everywhere else they have a class system and if you have money, you can actually enjoy the infinity pool at $200 per lounge chair that was out of our budget and I think pretty crappy thing to. Also, one of the other pools was reserved for people who stayed at the same hotel but on the higher floors, I didn’t know any of this so I would have booked a higher floor, which is actually a different hotel name. There’s three hotels in one. The lower floors is a Hilton. I think the middle floor is the Conrad and the upper floors are something else I don’t remember.
