Definitely would stay here again. Great view of the strip. One of our plug outlets in our room was not working and we called the service man to assess the situation. He told us it was our cord to the our cell phone but it wasn’t because we just bought that cord new. Other than that, Elianna the housekeeper is super nice and does a fantastic job.

My recent stay at Resorts World was meant to be a special celebration,my daughter’s 20th birthday and our 25th anniversary. We booked two separate suites expecting a smooth, elevated experience. Instead, what we received was far below resort standards and requires immediate management attention. Check-in was a complete nightmare. One of the suites we were given smelled strongly of smoke. After requesting a room change, we waited an unreasonable amount of time with no communication or support. Ultimately, my family and I had to bring all of our belongings back down to the lobby ourselves, with no staff assistance for luggage or the room change. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one marketed as a luxury resort. Room service was another failure. The food quality was extremely poor. When room service came to retrieve the items, they told me someone would follow up, but no one ever got back to us. I had to personally visit the front desk and request a manager. Even then, the manager had no immediate solution and said he would “get back to me.” After two days of waiting, all we were offered was a resort credit instead of a refund for nearly $200 worth of inedible food. Beyond these issues, the food options on property are extremely limited, and the spa is noticeably lacking and does not reflect a true resort experience. For a trip meant to celebrate such meaningful milestones, this stay was extremely disappointing. Nothing about the experience felt luxury

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we first entered our room, the entire space smelled strongly of marijuana. We immediately contacted the front desk, but instead of offering a real solution, they simply told us we could switch to another room without being allowed to see it first. That didn’t feel helpful at all. We had paid for a premium room with a strip view, but the view was only partial, definitely not what was advertised. The staff was also unfriendly and rude when we tried to address the issues. Parking was another frustration. If you choose self-parking, be prepared for a headache—parking is owned by a third party, not the hotel, which made the process complicated and inconvenient. Overall, this stay was not worth the price, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We expected much better service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
