Once again I stayed here, and once again the lady at the front desk was rude, just ignored me at check in on the Bposhtels side, so I went to the Thunderbird main registration desk and was treated well, and they made check in smooth and painless.

1.The front desk was very bad. She was very inpatient and just asked for additional fees when I already paid the full fees in the plateform. 2.Their hotel has different names in different platform and you never know which on is correct.3.The environment is very noisy. Yes and yes!! The cleanliness and presentation met and even rivaled stds expected in 3 & 4 star hotels so the att to details was almost startling for the location this Hostel is in. The staff were courteous, professional as well as able to provide relaxed atmosphere without all the pretentious showboating we see at expensive places
