The room was spotless. The staff at front desk was very courteous. They allowed me to check in a little early. Only two things that I could find with my room: the mattress was too soft, and there were no hooks in the bathroom.

Hotel was very nice! Some small things that could be improved is the temperature in the pool cause it’s say heated but wasn’t very warm. The other thing I would say needs improvement is the towels in the room for showering. They were very small & had to use 2 to dry off. One thing that was awesome is having a nice view of the Polar Express train moving around

Overall, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It looked like someone was in a hurry to clean. There were little pieces of paper on the floor and an old Chapstick under the heater. I’ve stayed here multiple times and usually the rooms are better. Check in was easy and the desk clerks are always very friendly.

Full price for the room would have been $150. I got it for less than half that. And I would say it was worth what I paid but absolutely not double that. Shower head was old and dirty. Bathtub stopper was leaking the whole shower. The sink in the bathroom was missing the plug cover so you could see into the sink drain and it was full of green gunk. Disgusting to look at as you brush your teeth. I booked the room stating I had 3 guests. We arrived to two bath towels the size of hand towels, and very thin. I don’t understand why hotels don’t adjust the amount of towels based on the amount of people checking in. Pool was too cold for us. We could only have a short swim and then had to get out and warm ourselves in the pool shower. On the other hand, the room was hot and we couldn’t get the ac to stay on. Hotel needs some upgrades. I will say the bed, pillows and blanket were very comfortable! One of the best we have had. We also appreciate that all the rooms have a mini fridge and microwave.
