Rajeev snd Aayush, the Managers at restaurant were excellent. Hotel set up Holi celebration for the guests which was simply amazing. Worth the stay, good value as well. "Room was not properly cleaned when I got into it and then housekeeping never came for two days until I went to front desk to complain despite them saying they come every day at 5 pm. The hotel was very noisy The restaurant had good food bu The staff was very variable The doa treatments were rudimentary given all the Ayurveda in India The location was far from the main beautiful sites in Rishikesh and not in a walkable area "

"Rooms are overpriced for what is on offer considering there are other hotels such as Hyatt Centric, Hyatt resort & spa, Fairfield by Marriott which offer better facilities for lesser price. Gym is not upto standard expected. Food quality is poor for a Taj Hotel. Toilet smelt of sewage which needed rectifying. Toilet size is quite small and was not cleaned to standard expected."
