Casa Marc offers spacious accommodation with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room features two 3-seater sofas, a large TV, and a dining area that seats up to 5 people, while the 3 balconies offer street views. 1 balcony off the lounge is enclosed as a conservatory; windows can be opened up if required by the guests, making it an open area.

Leading off the hallway are two spacious bedrooms, both with balconies. The master bedroom is en-suite & the 2nd bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom from the hallway (1 extra bed can be sited in either bedroom if required). Bringing the total occupancy to 5 people

The kitchen is situated off the entrance hallway leading to the lounge and dining area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, all the utensils and all the crockery you will need; there is an integrated washing machine in the kitchen.

The property has a large pool, which has a lockable entrance gate. Separate pool toilet facilities and showers are available for both sexes.
There are 4 sun loungers with sun lounger outdoor cushions and 2 patio sun shade parasols available for the use of guests of Casa Marc.

This accommodation is in a well-sought-after location close to all amenities.

I aim to provide a relaxing and homely base in which you can plan your days, visiting local beaches, touring the coast, or simply chill around the pool.

If you want to stay local for the evening during the months of July through to September, Carvoeiro Square is the place to go, with live music and dancing until midnight.
You'll find that visitors to Carvoeiro all have their favourite restaurant, and by the end of your holiday I'm sure you will be no exception. There is a wealth of good eating places within walking distance around the village to suit almost everyone's taste. There are plenty of traditional Portuguese restaurants to choose from - for those who want to experiment, the choice is enormous.

The tariff quoted in the rates section is for up to four persons only; there is an additional charge for the fifth person
Please refer to the rates section for details regarding your stay. Guests arriving before 22:00 will be met by my manager, who will introduce you to the apartment. Late arrivals after 22:00 will receive a key safe code to enter the building and the apartment. The following day, the manager will arrange to meet with you to show you the apartment and its features.

The apartment is on the second floor and is not suitable for wheelchair users, as the building has no lift.

Please note! there is air conditioning in both bedrooms: an additional charge of 4 euros per 10 hours of continuous usage. Paid in advance to the owner, mark, or on arrival to the manager. There are pedestal fans in all rooms that can be used free of charge

I am officially registered and licensed to let my apartment in Portugal.
I am required to send all guests' passport details to the Immigration and Borders Service by Portuguese law. I have an official form that will require filling in this will be sent to you on booking the apartment.
