Ample 1-bedroom type apartment type with about 70 m2 situated on a 1st floor with views over the Algarve cliffs. This property has just been released as a new listing and converted into a short-term rental apartment, which offer to all guests the maximum comfort and safety during their holidays in the Algarve. Dining and living room (with a sofa bed for 2), air conditioning (at the living room and bedroom), fully equipped kitchenette, outdoor furniture on the rooftop. Full equipped bathroom, washing machine, double bed (with and extra single bed in case you’ll need), Espresso machine, Smart TV, WIFI, are some of the facilities that this great apartment has to offer its guests.

Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the property. Parking in front of the apartment (without being able to reserve). Located 2 minutes from Vale de Centeanes beach and the Seven Hanging Valleys trail, The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. House rules must be always respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed in any reservation is 4 people.
