We stayed at Casa Alice for 3 weeks. On arrival, the floors were sandy and the surfaces hadn't been cleaned. The outside area was extremely run down with extremely uncomfortable outdoor furniture. The only shade for the outdoor space was by two broken umbrellas. The sun loungers were also extremely uncomfortable. The patio was unkempt with sharp and loose tiles, the planters around the pool area were dead and unmaintained. The outdoor lighting didn't work - so very dark on an evening as only the pool lights worked. There was two electric sockets that completely came off the wall in the main bathroom and the double bedroom, exposing the electric wires. The beds were hard. Bed linen was stained, worn and had holes in the sheets. The washing machine was changed over during our stay. Was told it was at the request of the owner. It wasn't plumbed in properly - by the time we noticed the kitchen was flooded.The bath towels again were stained and had holes in them. The living area had two double sofas which could seat 4 people, so the 6 of us were not able to sit in the living area together. A very tired and run down villa which was hugely over priced for the extremely low standard in our opinion.When we contacted the hosts - toppers were brought for the sunbeds and mattress toppers for the single beds, but they didn't have double mattress toppers for the other beds. The pool itself was clean and attended to every other day.
