It’s a place where people stay and actually live. We arrived late and it took an hour in a half to check in because their check in closes at 10:00pm. So it was after midnight. No ice machines nor coffee. The rooms were spacious but the fire alarm went off when I had the water running for a shower. I had to call the after hours number to have it turned off. Over all it was clean and comfortable. Oh , you have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk in order to get fresh ones. ( which was weird)

I had to plunge my own toilet. I didn't have enough towels or toilet paper. It smelled like wet dog. I had to turn in my wet towels for new ones. They didn't have extra pillows for my kids.
