The mattress was hard as a rock & slid around on an elevated base. The kitchen chairs were also hard. The room smelled a bit like a wet ashtray. None of the doors in the hotel had working handicapped openers so traveling with my luggage & walker was challenging.

Staff is great. The hotel, on the other hand, appears to be used as long term housing for people with few other options. Children roam the halls unattended at all hours of the night. They don’t appear to go to school during the day either. The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors as if they are in your room. You hear footsteps above, below, and lateral to your room. You won’t get housekeeping during your stay. The amenities are very basic.

Room was spacious!! Thursday thru Friday the hotel was quiet. Saturday night it was very loud inside and outdoors Children running on the hallway. Loud talking outside the window. It was really hard getting to sleep with all the noise.

The tub and sink drained too slow for four people. The manager was approached about replacing towels during a two night stay and originally did not want to replace our soiled towels. The service was extremely slow as the lobby started to become packed and grew impatient.
