Shuttle service was friendly and excellent. Try to call before you book, so they don’t have to react at the last minute. Rooms were very clean, didn’t eat breakfast but looked good. Plenty of options to eat. Only issue was Lyft and uber, had issues getting to the hotel with traffic in the morning, but no fault of the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel!!! It's very nice and the fragrance they use is absolutely breathtaking!!!! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Lafayette. The breakfast was great as well and the hotel staff was very accommodating

My first room smelled like cigar smoke so I got another. The smell of the hotel is overwhelming, they pump some scent into the hotel excessively, making you wonder if they are masking something. Also I was there for 3 nights and my key cards quit working twice, I do not recommend and would not stay there again.

I had a procedure at the Ochsner Hospital close by and had to be there early so I didn't get to see or have breakfast, but the hotel was clean quiet and nice! Definitely stay again!

There were definitely problems with check-in we were overcharged we were charging correctly. The hotel was beautiful, but the service was terrible and I have been promised numerous times that it would get corrected and as of today it is still not corrected and I have not received the promised email showing my receipt.
