Belle does great job! She greeted and helped us with such kindness and encouragement. Room was very comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to walk to our appointment and also have a safe place to park. Restaurants nearby (and a church:). Best thing to see and read was the beautiful Bible in the nightstand.

Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street.

They lock the front door at 7 which should tell you something. And after the first day we never saw another staff member even at the front desk. Common areas stink of industrial cleaner and the room is dank and musty. There were so many things broken in the room they aren’t worth mentioning. No coffee pods.
