Our room was dirty. The sheets and covers were disgusting!! Stains all over. The guy at the front desk was overwhelmed and didn't know how to handle the situation. I spoke with the day manager and all she said was to email the manager above her and handed me a business card. I never heard back from him. Don't stay here.
