The people were lovely. Chad worked the front desk and was wonderfully helpful and kind. We had a wonderful meal and we truly enjoyed the very warm pool and the fabulous breakfast with one of the sweetest servers we’ve ever met.

Staff was great. Room was okay but bathroom didn’t have a fan and door didn’t stay open on its own. Remote didn’t have a sleep timer. Breakfast was an up charge and no coffee in lobby. Located in very bad neighborhood. Venture out at own risk.

The staff were amazing and breakfast was delicious. Our first night we did not have bath towels, and the second night the television did not have signal. The biggest issue was how thin the walls were and our neighboring guest. It was hard to fall asleep with all the chaos going on next door.

Nice hotel and staff. I was disturbed a lot due to 2 tour bus and school bus kids constantly running up and down in the hallway. I called downstairs to front desk for assistance and ask for security to come control Thea area but was informed they did not have onsite security.

The location isn’t great — it’s pretty far from everything and on the outskirts of the city. The staff, however, was excellent and very accommodating. The main reason for the poor rating is that our AC/heater unit started smoking and nearly caught fire. Fortunately, my wife was awake and we were able to turn it off in time, but the entire floor filled with the smell of smoke. The staff quickly moved us to another room on a different floor and offered free breakfast, which we appreciated, but by then we were too shaken to sleep or turn the heat back on.
