The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great. We arrived a little late, and the bar had few options because the manager was not working, so the staff were unable to refill the bar selections.

The stay itself was great. However, the reservation was setup to pay at the desk upon arrival, whereas my card had already been charged prior to my arrival. No explanation -- other than the desk attendant stating something to the effect, "Yeah, that shouldn't have happened..."
