This is a Comfort Inn calling itself a Hampton Inn. The hotel and room were dirty, neglected, beat up. Really disappointing considering the price. I would not stay here again.

Yes the room was clean. But the Mattress was hard and the bed made noise sound that kept us up just shefting in the bed while sleeping. everytime we moved and sheets were terrible quality. The Bathroom needs some TOC hanging knob kept falling and don't look like they did a chalk update painting in tub for awhile. But the STAFF was wonderful nice and friendly and the food A+.

The 1st night was great. Breakfast food could have more selections. We didn't know that we could leave our towels at the room door. We took them to the front desk for clean towels..... They had no clean towels. We were told that we had to wait and they would bring them to our room. That NEVER HAPPENED. ALSO THE HOUSEKEEPER DID NOT KNOCK OR SAY HOUSEKEEPING...... SHE JUST WALKED IN ON US. THAT WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL.

Air conditioning was good. The breakfast was a little greasy. Could've had better choices. The bedroom had a weird smell, the hot water wasn't that hot, we didn't get our room clean the next day, and one of the elevators wasn't working the whole time for our stay.
