Off the grid Casita on the East Cape just 5 minutes from La Fortuna and Zai sushi restaurant in the Terranova II neighborhood. A dream for any surfer of family/friends looking to getaway and experience a relaxing vacation. The casita features 2 bedrooms with two twins in each unit that can be pushed together with a topper to make a king bed. (The bedrooms are set up like two hotel rooms side by side complete with mini fridge, high speed wifi, tv and desk.) There are no doors that connect the two rooms on the inside. Each room has a private full bathroom, enjoy our large outdoor living and kitchen area with beautiful 360 ocean and sunset views perfect for cocktail and wale watching.

Walking distance to a protected surf swimming and snorkel beach, 5 min drive to 9 palms and 10 min drive to shipwreck.

2 Gerry Lopez foamy boards and 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella included.

Outdoor living

Great views from the outdoor living space above the garage with a nice seating area around the large firepit. This home does not have a full kitchen with a range and oven but does have a bbq to cook on which honestly is not ideal. There was no coffee maker but we managed to find coffee nearby. The main large refrigerator is located in the garage with a small beverage fridge next to the bbq and also one in each bedroom. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for both showers. The home can use a few additional towels and bedding and a little extra cleaning but overall we had a good experience.
