As a guest of this villa, you'll have access* to the B Nayar Beach Club and all of its facilities. Lounge by the two 100m pools, play tennis/basketball, or indulge in fresh, light cuisine at the open-air restaurant. Guest Access:

*FREE access to only 6 guests per day. From the 7th to 12th guest, they charge $150 pesos per person per day.



The beach club includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, 2 pools, tennis court, padel, and kayaks (depending on the weather).

It is not allowed to enter the beach club with coolers, food, drinks, or speakers. The amenities and prices offered by the Beach Club may change at any time, as it is managed by a private company. The beach club is currently undergoing renovations, so you may find some areas still under construction.

Getting Around:

Conveniently located between the towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, this villa provides easy access to all the best that the area has to offer. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only a 45-minute drive south, while the vibrant town of Sayulita is just 20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

‼️ The whirlpool on the patio is a minipool with a hydro massage system (it is not a jacuzzi with hot water).



To enter the property with a pet, the guest must have explicit written permission from BEACH PLEASE. In cases where the entry of pets is approved:

- The minimum night requirement is 4.

- The pet must weigh less than 20 kg and be fully trained.

- Pets cannot be left alone in the room (unless they are in a dog carrier or crate) and must be leashed at all times in public spaces.

- The guests must take responsibility for cleaning up their waste. - There is an extra fee per pet

- There is an additional pet cleaning fee. An additional fee may be charged if the property requires excessive cleaning.



Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than 10 nights, ensuring a fresh and tidy space throughout your visit.
