Close to the market 5 minutes walk and beach 3 minutes, tree district near Avenue de Gaulle, close to the Garden tennis court and 10 minutes from the La Baule Escoublac train station. Terraced house renovated 2022 with the typical charm of late nineteenth century Baule houses offers:
- on the first floor: a large living room with open kitchen, dining room and living room, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and separate toilet;
- on the 1st floor: 1 master suite with its bathroom, and 1 other bedroom with its shower room, separate toilet on the landing
- on the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a shower room, including toilets on the landing.
A south-facing garden area of about 100 m2 allows meals outside.
