Located near the town of La Baule-Escoublac and its wide variety of shops, in a residential neighborhood, this bright and comfortable studio offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation.
The studio, located above the garage, is completely separate from the main house; it has secure access, and a private parking space is reserved for you.
With a floor area of 38 m², it can accommodate two people (plus a young child). It consists of a main room featuring a comfortable double bed (160x200), a cozy sofa with a coffee table, a dining area near the fully equipped kitchen (with stovetop, combination oven, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils), a computer desk for remote work, as well as a separate toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink.
The apartment also features free Wi-Fi and a television.
The tasteful, modern decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach (a 15-minute walk) or exploring the Guérande peninsula and the entire Pays de Loire region. You can enjoy all the region’s attractions thanks to easy access via the "Route Bleue" (Guérande, with its ramparts and salt marshes; Saint-Nazaire, with its shipyard and the Airbus facility; Nantes and its elephant; as well as the nearby Gulf of Morbihan).
