Great hotel, great facilities and very convenient for access to Kyoto train station and bus station. We arrived by the airport bus service from Kansai airport which stops right outside. All staff very super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of different foods each day. Would highly recommend this hotel for families.

The room smelled as if someone vomit right in front of the bathroom. The toilet area smelled like a urine. Thank goodness I was only there for one night, but it was not worth it. I would not recommend staying here.

Great location across from Kyoto transit station. Upgraded to bigger room, very nice. Welcome amenity was one beverage per night (beer vs whiskey drink vs soda), water daily. Attached to shopping center, food court. Tour buses of Kyoto leave out from of hotel.

Very nice hotel and comfortable beds...

Comfortable stay in a budget room just for a place to sleep. The window view was a side of building. The hotel is very nice and clean with all the amenities. Walking distance underground from Kyoto JR and local subway. Hotel provided eco packaged tooth brush, shaving razor, small wash towel, bottled water, hair brush, sleep pajamas, and the standard showering amenities. Overall it was good.

Good for a quick stay

It was spacious and overall pretty clean. The towel hooks on the door was missing. The second and third night the part of the cabinet where the light switches between bed kept falling down.
