This hotel was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and friendly, walked us to our room and showed us how to use everything. Washing machine in room to refresh mid-trip was a huge bonus. Location is excellent, even on rainy days the immediate area is very well covered. Convenient to bus or train, we really loved our stay here and would come back!

Very convenient location near the market and an easy walk across the bridge to Gion. The rooms were small, but comfortable, and we really appreciated the washing machine in our room. The staff was extremely helpful.

Very conveniently located near the to Nishiki Market and great places to eat, Gion, Pontocho Alley, subway, just brilliant. Washing machine and drier facilities in the room were also great. The room was small for 3 people but perfectly appointed with all amenities you'd expect, clean and modern, well decorated. The staff were very helpful and filled in the paperwork for us to have our suitcases transferred to the next city, plus provided advice.

The staff was super friendly and spoke English. Check in/out was quick. The room had a washing machine and a shower room that doubled as dryer. They had an iron we could use and even let us borrow their umbrellas for the whole day free of charge. Located in the heart of the Nishiki Market. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were top notch!! The owner was excellent at assisting with directions and or recommendations. (Other staff were fantastic as well) Location was perfect for walking and exploring. Having a washer in our suite was sweet in itself. Room was larger than expected after coming from a Tokyo hotel. We were extremely pleased with our staff at the GoCo Hotel.

This Hotel is amazing, the staff were so helpful and I was unable to walk far due to knee issues...this place is 1 minute from Nishiki Market an 2 mins from the train station, you are at the centre of everything in Kyoto, we won't be staying anywhere else when we visit Kyoto! Superb!

The hotel has an excellent location steps from the Nishiki market. However, the room was quiet and the beds were firm. It was very convenient to have a washer/ dryer system in the room. The room was a bit small but functional with a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Bus and subway stations are nearby.
