阪急京都線由大阪梅田站直達河原町站，從河原町站步行8分鐘到達，交通算方便。靜中帶旺，悠閒漫步遊鸭川、祇園、清水寺及河源町商店街，地點適中。日式一棟房屋，很適合家庭/一班朋友入住，地下客廳、浴室、廁所，一樓2張塔塔咪、2張單人床，清潔算可接受。舊式建築隔音差，職員有禮、很快回覆，整體滿意。
