The inn features two bathrooms, two toilets, and two washrooms, so
even large groups or multigenerational families can enjoy a comfortable stay.

The living and dining room, the heart of the inn,
is themed around the camellia (Camellia).
We’ve incorporated red accents into the subdued color palette to convey a sense of “warmth” and “gentleness.”
In addition to a large Google TV, we’ve also installed Bluetooth-enabled speakers.

You’ll feel your spirits lift, allowing you to end the day on a comfortable note.

Guest Access Area
The inn is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
There are no common areas,
so you’ll have the property entirely to yourself and your group during your stay.

Other Important Notes
● Information on the Kyoto City Lodging Tax (Important)

In accordance with Kyoto City ordinances, a lodging tax applies.
Our property automatically collects an accommodation tax of 400 yen per person per night
through the Airbnb system.

*This applies to all guests, regardless of age.

[For Guests Staying in February 2026]
The accommodation tax for stays in February 2026 will be 200 yen per person per night.
Although the system will automatically charge 400 yen,
please rest assured that we will refund the difference through Airbnb after you check in.


● Construction on Adjacent Property (Apology)

Construction is currently underway on the property adjacent to our accommodation, and you may hear construction noise during the day.
You can enjoy a quiet stay early in the morning and at night.
Please note that our rates have been set with this in mind.


●About the Courtyard (Important Notice)

As the courtyard is currently undergoing renovation,
it is not yet available for guests to enjoy.

For now, we hope you’ll experience the “garden” concept through the interior spaces and atmosphere.
