Excellent from start to finish. The first hotel to ask about our trip and even gave us a Honeymoon gift which we was soo greatful for. All the staff were the nice and helpful with everything. The hotel is in great location not far from a train station and also super close to the market and multiple great restaurants. The room was spacious and loved the bath.

Excellent location, conveniently located near the Nishiki market as well as many restaurants and transit lines. The rooms had a nice modern design and were very clean. Bed was quite comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, sharing great advice on getting around, helping with reservations, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here!
