Outside, a covered veranda and private garden invite you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or unwind in a fresh tropical setting. A washing machine is available for longer stays.

Good to know:

- Street parking only: there is no private enclosed parking area, but there is generally plenty of free street parking directly in front of the property.

- Unpaved road: the access road to the complex is unpaved. It might give you a little "Bonaire massage" on arrival, but a regular car handles it just fine.

- No A/C in the living area: the bedrooms are kept pleasantly cool by the air conditioning units. In the living room, ceiling fans and the option to open the doors to the veranda provide a comfortable breeze.

As a guest of Belnem Breeze Kas Julia, you have full use of the entire apartment: both bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the open kitchen, the living room, the covered veranda, and the private garden. You also have access to the communal swimming pool of the Belnem Breeze Apartments complex. Free street parking is available directly in front of the property. To give our guests a warm welcome and share everything they need to know about the apartment and our beautiful island, all arrivals are handled in person. Belnem is located south of downtown Kralendijk, in the direction of the island's iconic salt flats: one of Bonaire's most well-known residential and vacation zones, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem has grown into an umbrella name for upscale sub-neighborhoods such as La Palma, Sabalpalm, Lima, Punt Vierkant, and Playa Esmeralda. You're close to beloved southern beaches like Bachelor's Beach and iconic dive sites, perfect for sunsets and a relaxed beach lifestyle. It's a quiet residential area with quick access to both the airport and the town center.



Belnem Breeze Kas Julia is approximately 100 meters from Good and More supermarket, 450 meters from Dive Friends Delfins dive center, 1.1 kilometers from Bachelor's Beach, 9.3 kilometers from Atlantis Beach (kitesurfing) and 900 meters from Ocean Oasis restaurant.

The area is part of an officially designated Ramsar wetland site, which reflects its rich ecological importance. Sorobon itself is a charming small fishing harbor at the edge of the bay. Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Belnem Breeze Kas Julia. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Check-in to Belnem Breeze Kas Julia is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
