Belnem Breeze Kas Julia is a ground-floor apartment within the small-scale Belnem Breeze Apartments complex, located in the Belnem neighborhood on the southern edge of Kralendijk. The apartment covers 60 m² and features a private garden and a covered veranda. The Good and More supermarket is just 100 meters away, restaurant Ocean Oasis is 900 meters away, and dive center Dive Friends Delfins is 450 meters away. Bachelor's Beach, one of the finest beaches along the southern coast, is 1.1 kilometers away. Guests also have access to the complex's communal swimming pool.
Guest Access:
As a guest of Belnem Breeze Kas Julia, you have full use of the entire apartment: both bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the open kitchen, the living room, the covered veranda, and the private garden. You also have access to the communal swimming pool of the Belnem Breeze Apartments complex. Free street parking is available directly in front of the property. To give our guests a warm welcome and share everything they need to know about the apartment and our beautiful island, all arrivals are handled in person! The Sunwise hosts for this property will coordinate arrival details with you in advance.
The Neighborhood:
Belnem is located south of downtown Kralendijk, in the direction of the island's iconic salt flats: one of Bonaire's most well-known residential and vacation zones, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem has grown into an umbrella name for upscale sub-neighborhoods such as La Palma, Sabal Palm, Lima, Punt Vierkant, and Playa Esmeralda. You're close to beloved southern beaches like Bachelor's Beach and iconic dive sites – perfect for sunsets and a relaxed beach lifestyle. It's a quiet residential area with quick access to both the airport and the town center.
Getting Around:
A rental car is highly recommended if you want to explore the full island beyond the immediate surroundings of Belnem Breeze Kas Julia in Belnem. With your own wheels, you can reach every corner of Bonaire at your own pace – from secluded snorkel spots to local restaurants. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for a visit to Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is strongly advised, as the roads inside the park are unpaved and can be quite rugged. There is no public transportation on the island, and taxis are limited – especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, depending on other guests' schedules.
