Fantastic Villa, Amazing View, Great Staff! We had a fantastic holiday at Santi Pura Villas! The location is very convenient—quiet and private, but close enough to everything you need on Samui. The staff were so friendly and helpful; they really made our stay special. And the view... absolutely incredible! Waking up to the sea every morning was the best part. Highly recommended for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

1 Star – Beautiful villa but disappointing experience The villa itself is beautiful, with a great pool, high standard, and large spacious rooms. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, and we appreciate their service. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay disappointing. The access to the villa is extremely difficult. There is a very steep uphill walk that is almost unbearable, especially with luggage or children. There is no accessibility, taxis cannot reach the upper area, and leaving the villa by foot is very inconvenient. The cleaning service is poor — the villa is cleaned only once every 4 days. We were also surprised that electricity usage is charged separately, which should be clearly mentioned before booking. We had problems with insects, including cockroaches and a venomous centipede, which made us feel uncomfortable. The location is also far from the city and main attractions, making transportation difficult and expensive. Overall, the villa has great facilities and wonderful staff, but the difficult access, extra charges, limited cleaning, insect issues, and remote location significantly affected our experience. We would not choose to stay here again.

Like others have mentioned, the driveway up to the property is extremely steep (imagine an 70 degree angle where you feel like your car will flip) and dangerous is drive up, even with a 4WD SUV. The property says you drive up at your own risk and tries to expel themselves of all responsibility so any accidents are not their fault. You can park at the bottom and walk up but it’s quite a climb for older folks. The villa itself is excellent though and lots of towels are provided. Pool is also great and the property manager is responsive on WhatsApp. I would stay here again but in one of the units that are on the bottom as opposed this this one.
