This stylish 1-bedroom villa with private pool is located in Bophut, just a 15-minute flat and easy walk to the lively Fisherman’s Village. There you’ll find the night market, cozy bars, and plenty of restaurants. From the bedroom, you can enjoy views of the tropical garden and pool. All of Koh Samui’s sandy beaches are nearby, making this spot perfect for those who seek relaxation but also like to enjoy some entertainment.

The villa is designed for 2 guests and comes with all modern comforts: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a safe in the bedroom. Inside, a chic kitchen allows you to prepare breakfast or light meals, and if you prefer not to cook, the charming Lek Nana restaurant is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM, with the option to enjoy room service in the privacy of your villa. Thanks to its central location, you can reach Chaweng in 7 minutes, Koh Samui Airport in 9 km, and Nathon Pier in 15 km – making it the perfect base to explore the island and nearby Koh Pha Ngan.

Check-in/Check-out times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times; we will do our best to accommodate this depending on the booking schedule.

House rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to respect the house rules: no smoking in the villa, no pets, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Cleaning and maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once every 4 days during your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. The pool and garden are maintained regularly to ensure everything is in perfect condition for your enjoyment.

Utilities: Electricity is charged separately based on your usage, at a rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. Water consumption is included in your stay.

Security deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5,000 (five thousand) Baht is required upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
