No one stays at Red Roof for high end luxury. This is about good value and a comfortable place to sleep. We came for a graduation at UTenn in Knoxville and this hotel fit the bill. The room is small but clean. The lobby is quiet and there is always a fresh pot of coffee on. The hotel is convenient to the highway and less than 20 minutes to downtown. We would stay there again.

Could have been cleaner. Lots of dog hair on the top blanket, stains on the to and inner blanket. Sheets and pillowcases were clean, was warmer so it was okay. Staff was nice, especially front desk. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

The room smelled faintly of smoke when we walked in. it was large and roomy, but the bed was uncomfortable and we couldn't find a hair dryer in the room. We've stayed at other RRI's in the past and always had a good stay. We probably won't be using this one again.
