I was very disappointed since the reviews were good. The room smelled like dirt/grime covered by a coat of paint. The bed linens and pillows were stained and dirty including blood on the sheets. One of the lights didn't work. I was only staying for an overnight so I didn't use the shower at all. Tub looked pretty clean though. Staff was pleasant.

We had NO hot water in out shower or sink and water was a trickle in the sink. Called the front desk and said they would check. No one came to room or called back. Had to sponge off cold in the sink. Rock dust all over bathroom where tile work done and not cleaned thoroughly and dust all over bathroom door. No credit for the hot water issue offered. Should have had a room credit. Manager just said we should have called back but was not our responsibility to call back when they said they would check. Worst room we have ever had on a trip.

Vols game weekend

A good spot to spend the night after a vols game. Didn't have any breakfast so cant review that. Check in process was easy. Bathroom seemed to have maybe sawdust? Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

"We chose this property for its location during the Tennessee state home game, as other options were fully booked and expensive. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean, but it is in need of updates. The bathroom was notably small, and visible repairs had been made throughout the room."
