Was told it’s a wheel accessible hotel… no way is it wheel chair accessible …the doors to the bathrooms are very narrow… even the smallest of wheelchairs will not fit through… very subpar hotel would not recommend to anyone! I did not stay there simply because it wasn’t wheelchair accessible but I’m glad I had that excuse to cancel my reservation because I could not have slept in a dirty room

The good news: the staff is fantastic... Friendly, helpful. The room we had was tired. Needs new everything. King bed tipped over when we both sat on the foot end. Some serious attention and I'm sure the place could snap back.

Pillows were flat and terrible. It should be a crime for them to advertise continental breakfast - it's a bag with a granola bar, child size juice box and a yogurt. Complete false advertising. As someone who travels a lot; I sort by breakfast included since I'm usually in a rush and this was the worst from any hotel/motel. No elevator either. Everything was dated. Stay somewhere else.

Can I leave a zero star review? I booked a room to stay at for a wedding, I unfortunately can no longer attend said wedding. I've have been calling for weeks trying to tell them I am unable to attend and would no longer need the room. I kept getting the runaround that nobody can help me, the person I need to speak with isn't in, etc. I paid for the room, $189. I understand hotel policy, however, I have been trying to give them plenty of notice about said situation. I finally got through today, and was told I will be charged for the room again, so $400 later, I am penalized for trying to give them notice for over a period of weeks trying to give them notice. I am not in the position to afford this fee when I've been trying to contact them to attempt to avoid this situation, and possibly this review. Customer service is definitely a weak spot on their end.
